Does anyone know of a good publication of Bach transposed for the Bb clarinet (such as Violin, Flute, or Oboe pieces)?
I especially have in mind Partita no. 2 for Violin, but am open to suggestions.
I want something transposed, so that what is written will be at (approximately) the same pitch as as what I hear on a recording. (Otherwise I can just buy the violin part.)
What I don't want is something that is an "adaptation" for students with a lot of editing - like the Brandenburg Concertos for clarinet and piano. =8^O Ideally it would lightly edited. Adaptation of double stops is ok.
Handel, such as the flute sonatas, is also an option.
Thank You!

You probably don't want to hear it, but I think you're limiting your alternatives tremendously by wanting to be able to match a recording's pitch. Playing the Cello Suites and the Violin Partitas is tremendously enjoyable. It may be hard to find all of them in clarinet-friendly editions that haven't been transposed to more clarinet-friendly keys.

There two that I have and like.
My top recommendation is Classical Studies for Clarinet transcribed and edited by H. Voxman. This is part of the "Rubank Educational Library" and therefore economically priced and easy to find.
I also enjoy Bach 21 Pezzi per Clarinetto edited by Giampieri published by Ricordi.

The violin partitas and cello suites being solos pieces don't need to be transposed. Just play them as written. One tip: get the violin transcription of the cello suites.

Bach Cello Suites (all 6) arranged for Clarinet by Ulysse Delécluse.
This is a great book. I would highly recommend it to any clarinetist or bass clarinetist.
