Hello all, I was just sent the following video of a performance by some Interlochen faculty
https://www.facebook.com/emil.hudyyev/posts/10100500234707586
(I believe it is public, so anyone should be able to see it)
Could anyone identify the piece? It would be much appreciated!

I don't know but do find humor at around 0:10, in somebody composing a "sample" (if I may 'sample' a word from the rap world) on Mozart's Clarinet Concerto's 3rd mvmt "gone" minor and jazzed up.
By the way, and only because I would hope that Boris Allakhverdyan needs no introduction here, Emil Khudyev, who posted this is one amazing player himself, to wit: him out "machine gun" tonguing Wenzel Fuchs in this Master Class link.

(This is NOT to sell Mr. Fuchs short---who is an awesome, awesome artist.)

"Kids," I say to my ligature crazed students, "these Eastern European extracted men are my proof that hard study in front of etude books, beats any reed strap, like 'rock beats scissors.' "

Many thanks! It's funny how small the music world is, I've heard each of those clarinetists perform (thank you, Youtube) and here they're all involved in the same answer. I really appreciate the help!
