I found a "no name" wood clarinet in a pawn shop for $50. I scanned it for any remains of a logo and found a faint Buffet logo, so I took a shot at it for the price. It came with a Vandoren M30 mouthpiece too. Anyway, the serial number is 1071803 and it was made in Germany. I was wondering if anyone knew what year this horn is from? Thanks!

EDIT: Tried to upload a few pictures for those interested, but they're too large. I'll try to update when I get home.

My German-made E11 was purchased new in 2006 and its serial number is 982302.

Do I read correctly that you bought an E11 for $50?
Ever considered playing in the lottery?

My French E11 was bought a couple of years ago back in 2012? After using it to 2014 and mid 2015 it retired and only a 4 year old E11 can have a worn Buffet logo just saying.

Thanks for the replies!
Well, I THINK it's an E11. Like I said, the only markings on it are the serial number, made in Germany, and an extremely faint Buffet logo only on the bell, and nowhere else. The key work looks Buffet too though.
