It seems in good condition and the person who sell this fortunaly i know and the pads aren't do change but some don't close corretly (isn't a problem that). The price is 450€. WHat do you think about radio improved?

Hi Mirko,
I have several 'big bore' Selmer clarinets, the oldest is a Radio Improved (RI),
a Model 55, 2 Centered Tones (CT) and several Series 9.
For Jazz the RI is the best. It has good tone, wide dynamics and good intonation. The RI is the most 'open' clarinet and it can be difficult to get a good matching mouthpiece on it. I play it mostly with crystal mouthpieces that work very well with it.

I think €450 is a good price considering Centered Tones are often listed for $700+ nowadays.
