 Transposition

Have transposed before and familiar with procedure and previous saounds correct. But I just transposed a song from G into D and tried it on guitar and sounded correct but on Bb clarinet some notes sound wrong. Any reason that should be? Otherwise have to go through it again but I thought if it sounded correct on guitar it would automatically sound correct on clarinet as they did before.

Never mind-I figured it out. I didnt make the F's F#'s. Sounds better now.
Also was using a bad reed.
