 Alexander Superial reeds

Auditioning my collection of reeds using my new Vandoren Optimum ligature on my favourite mouthpiece, a five-year-old tin of Superials turned out to be my preferred reed by a very wide margin.

Nobody has posted much on the BBoard about the Superial for quite a few years, though. I'm just curious if anyone has purchased them lately and found them just as good as they've always been, and consistent from tin to tin.
