So I have an interesting question, I play on a wooden Selmer 5 piece Alto Clarinet with a low Eb and I use a Grabber mouthpiece. After much trial and error I found that Medium Hard NOS La Vos reeds before they got bought out by Rico work best and make sound like a musical instrument and a lot less like a thing. So my question is how would I go about cutting other reeds to fit my mouthpiece that a just a tad wide. Thank you.

Not sure what you mean by "other reeds." Other alto clarinet reeds? Saxophone reeds?
Regardless, don't try to cut them! If you use a knife, the cane will split with the grain, and not necessarily evenly. If you use a saw, it's not likely that you'll get an accurate cut.
Sand them evenly on both edges on an 80-grit sanding block, and then reshape the wings of the reed to fit the mouthpiece curve if you have to.
That begs the question of why, if you're using a Grabner mouthpiece, you need to make them narrower. Should fit, though admittedly I don't know anything about the dimensions of La Voz alto clarinet reeds.

I have to narrow reeds down all the time for my early clarinet. I've used sandpaper on a sheet of glass, a file and a small plane. All those methods work fine. A plane is quickest but it needs to be good and sharp and properly adjusted.
