It starts at 1:01:16.

He's playing a Buffet Elite. I believe he was involved in the design of that late, lamented model. The shape of the barrel and the very long bell are unmistakable. In a video about grenadilla, he's shown testing the bell position. When he found the best place, the trademark was stamped.
