There must be something wrong with me. Everyone else was inspired to think of Credence Clearwater and their very popular song ''Out My Back Door''. I immediately thought of Chef Wolfgang Puck and his recipe for hasenpfefer.

Hasenpfeffer (or is that haseneefer? or hasenreefer?) is good. Carrots aren't in the recipe but you could serve them as a side.
