Does anyone know where I can find a copy of the embellishments that soloists put in for Weber Concerto 1 Mov. 1.

Listen to the records/concerts... borrow some of them (the ones you like) and invent some yourself as well!
To answer the question: I don't think they are published. Each soloist does his or her own thing.

The commonly heard embellishments for the Weber concerti are those added by the Baermanns (including the cadenza in the first movement of the first concerto).
These are indeed published - the Henle edition is my personal favourite as it comes with two parts, one original and one with the additions. At some stage there has also been a Pamela Weston version with a similar setup.
