Here are Google images from "Livre d'Or de la Clarinette Français" (Golden Book of the French Clarinet) published by the keeper of the wonderful Clariboles historical clarinet blog http://clariboles-et-cie.blogspot.com/. It's in French, but Google Translate works very well.

I think it's an anthology of photos from the blog. It sells for €72,20, or about $92.50, at http://www.priceminister.com/offer/buy/201585050/larigot-n-xxiv-special-le-livre-d-or-de-la-clarinette-francaise.html, but the images give a good idea of what it contains. You can see the same things free on the blog.
