I made the first ones for Iggie if you want something special I have them. One sold on ebay several years ago for around $500. It has the name Ciaccia written on them, below Iggie's name.

Ben,
The seller on that auction site actually has 2 Gennusa GE mouthpieces for sale. I believe the "G1" actually is a "GE" with the 3 horizontal lines missing either due to age or improper stamping. Both are by the same seller and both say "Seller does not accept returns."
On the Gennusa website, the "GE" tip opening is listed as "close facing (under 1.02 mm tip opening)".
The IN stands for Ignatius N. Gennusa. I could not find out his middle name. So "Iggie" appears to have inscribed his first two initials then his last name.
I hope this helps.
