A while back I posted how my clarinet was stolen. Long story short, a worker at the school (not a teacher) stole it and put it on EBay. Out of a stroke of Luck I saw it, and he was arrested. Here is what he got:
2 years of probation
$1000 in fines
He has to write a letter of apology to me

Just thought ya'll would like to know how it turned out.

Stephen:

I would say that you are indeed fortunate to get the instrument back, but the individual who stole it was even luckier with no time served. Justice is sometimes ironic, isn't it? By the way, how much of the $1,000 fine did you see for the misery which you went through?
