The International Clarinet Association has a lending library that has a number of pieces for clarinet and band: http://www.lib.umd.edu/PAL/SCPA/clarlarge.html#CB

There are a number of good pieces arranged for clarinet soloist with band. A frew that I know of include:
Weber, Concertino.
Artie Shaw Clarinet Conecerto
A. Reid Serenade for clarinet and band

The three titles listed above have different technical/proficiencey requirements of the soloists.

There are any number of others, but these are already in the libraries of many better bands.

If you'd like something different and you have time to work on it take a look at Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov's Clarinet Concerto for band. I'm about 99.9 percent sure this was written for band, not the orchestra. There's some licks that you will have fun practicing. I played it once when in the service, early 1980's. It's kind of cool playing something that was actually written for band and not rewritten from the orchestra for the band.

I've never heard it performed live. Maybe someone has a good recording of it.

If it's specifically Carnival Of Venice you're interested in: there's an arrangement for trumpet and band available from Alfred Music Publishing www.alfred.com True, it's a trumpet piece. But I'm sure the solo part would be challenging on any instrument.
