$26.99 (if you're speaking of Bb reeds) @ wwbw.com.
Sometimes I can find them on the auction site cheaper.

Some places may be cheaper than others, but you have to figure in shipping (and tax if applicable) to the sale price. Some places charge different rates for shipping. My favorite would be WWBW since they usually ship free on reeds and only charge tax. Another would be Muncy Winds because of how fast they process and ship their packages. 1stopclarinet is cheapest, but they charge quite a bit for shipping, same with Weiner. SamAsh.com has free shipping on reeds too and doesn't charge tax except FL and NY, however they recently raised their prices on reeds. :(

Weiner doesn't charge shipping on orders over $48. They don't add sales tax (I don't live in New York - I imagine they have to charge tax for local NY orders).

I went to Music & Arts yesterday and shelled out $34.93 for a box of V-12 4's. They are right across the street from me, so it was a matter of convenience...that and I hadn't bought a box of reeds in almost 7 years. I was shocked to find they're wrapped in foil now! I was a bit skeptical at first, but the first reed worked awesome...right out of the box!
Maybe my sandpaper will get a break now, eh?

They must have cost under $24.00 a box. I usually find something inexpensive that I needed anyway or buy an extra box of reeds (I'll use them sooner or later) to get over the $48.00 no-shipping threshold.
