Hey all,
Recently, I've been feeling sick whilst playing the Clarinet, no matter what type it is, Bb, A or Eb.
I've been playing for over 10 years, and its only started recently (the last month or so)
It might be lack of air intake or something, but I'm not sure....
Any help would be lovely

A new reed, maybe? (ten years, hey, ... )
Have you moved recently? Or has a room be redecorated? It may be a sensitivity to certain chemicals in the air, and you only feel them when you breathe "excessively" (such as when playing).
Did anything else change in your environment in the last month or so? Got job-related stress, family acting up, new band director... could be a multitude of reasons. Maybe you simply need a break, or a change of routine?

A friend of mine felt kind of sick when he played, turns out he had a hernia that got irritated when pressure (as in blowing) was applied.

Doctor.
Our remote and under-educated surmising will really not be able to do much for you; except perhaps make you worry.
Hope all is well,
Jason

I used to have that problem in spades, then I learned not to listen while I play.
