I have both a one-piece Bb and A [neither has the low Eb] . As I experimented, at least the Bb [with bell but without barrel] would fit [closely] in an old Selmer metal clar case [long, brown]. You might need to work on a case like this for the A, and of course a wood bell is larger than the metal , SO ----. How about using a soprano sax case or a large brief case with plastic foam for cushioning ? Don

I have my Bb and A in a $15 aluminum attache' style case from Harbor Freight. It is a bit flimsy and has foam you cut out to your specs. I put a strap around it to be safe. It really protects the horns well and looks OK. Actually I like that it doesn't look like an instrument case... safer that way. I measured and a one piece should fit diagonally into it. That would still leave room for the other horn to be fitted alongside the one-piecer.
The case is black with silver color trim. I was even able to carve my name through the black coating on the aluminum side so there is no doubt who has no class!
Size is 6" X 13" X 18" It can hold a horn up to 19". A Case like that can protect the horn until you find what you really want.

I bet you could find a smallish rifle case with foam insert that would do a "bang-up" job.

If you want to go all out.... check Andrew Crawfords website. He is a musician and makes beautiful wood musical instrument cases as well as other boxes. His website is at http://www.fine-boxes.com and although I have not yet ordered anything, I would sure like to.
I own a Rossi Bb clarinet and it is one piece. The bell, the mouthpiece and barrel are separate and the clarinet came in a case that suspends the clarinet inside, so that nothing touches it when closed. If you e-mailed Luis Rossi he might be able to direct you to the person responsible for making the case. Mine has a gorgeous alligator? exterior.
