Harry Gee wrote a book entitled Clarinet Solos de Concours, 1897-1980: An Annotated Bibliography, which I'm trying to locate. Does anyone have any information on where I can purchase it?

It appears to be a listing of all the compositions written for the Paris Conservatory exams.
