I just received "Lester Young, The Complete Clarinet Works" on CABU (CABU548). As far as I'm aware it's a French reprint label, well, it's French and it's a reprint. It came out last year so maybe you all know about it already.
I don't know about it being complete but it is more than I have found in the past. It gives sessions from June, August, September and December 1938, New York; live from NY, Sept 1938; sessions from February and June 1939, Chicago; July 1957, Los Angeles; February 1958, New York.
Two discs, 28 tracks (21 seperate recordings with 7 alt. takes).
He is not always leader so I'm not sure about calling it his clarinet works.
But without being necessarily his or complete, it is still good to have on two discs to focus the mind and ears. Plus, I've never minded having too much Lester Young. So this is a recommend.

I have no idea about US availability. I bought it through Amazon UK. I would be surprised if you couldn't get it in the US but if Amazon don't have it I expect Amazon UK will be happy to take your cash. If you can't get it then you'll have to take comfort in the fact that, whilst you can't get the CD, you did have Lester Young.

I've bought a number of CDs through Amazon UK and had no trouble getting them shipped to the US. This includes the Naxos historical series, which is unavailable through Amazon US. Go to http://www.amazon.co.uk/.
