Clarinet Curriculum

I have been asked to create a curriculum at a community music school where I teach. The students are in grades 4-12. I am wondering if anyone knows of where I might find existing curricula that I might use to get some ideas going for my own. The students would all be in private lessons lasting 45 minutes.
