There is a marvelous clarinetist performing the solo in the "Spring" section of Verdi's ballet , "The Seasons" , in his Sicilian Vespers opera. I have been unable to find out who is playing on the recording I hear - unbelieveable timbre and technique. It is played fairly often on xm radio, but without any announcement whatsoever. I would be most appreciative to find out a little more info. Thanks, in advance.

Given the lack of any announcement, you must not know the identity of the orchestra, the conductor, principal singers, the date of performance, or the original source of the broadcast or recording label. You may have to trace backward from the xm radio station.
