I'm hoping someone has a Eb/Bb LH key that will fit a 1950s B&H Regent Bb clarinet that I am restoring.

If you are still stuck I may well have one in my scrap box.
Failing that then Windcraft in Maidenhead have a lot of old B&H spares.
I am assuming it's the sliver key. There is a world shortage of the B&H RH (trill) Eb/Bb keys as they were always the ones to break first.

If it's a '50s Regent, chances are the keywork is mazak (die cast like Matchbox/Dinky/Corgi cars) throughout, so do try to avoid bending anything.
If they are mazak keys, there will be a string of small raised numbers and hyphens in a single line on the undersides of the keys (you'll see them on the LH levers).
Drop forged keys had four numbers arranged in a square (2x2) and they were stamped into the metal rather than being raised above the surface.
