In about a month i am auditioning for a summer program, and one of the requirements is to play a technical piece for part of the audition. I am pretty much clueless as to what to play. I dont have enough time to learn something astoundingly difficult, though. If anybody has a suggestion, please let me know. thanks

Laura,
Depending on the summer program, one of the faster Rose etudes should work just fine. The only setback is that almost everyone will probably use one. But because most summer programs are aimed at having fun and aren't nearly as competetive, that isn't a big deal.

Laura -
You might as well do the Weber Concertino. It's everybody's favorite "technical" piece and lies very well for the instrument. If you haven't played it, it's time you did. If you have played it, there's no harm in using something you know.
Best regards.
