Our community orchestra is performing Tchaikovsky's Romeo and Juliet Fantasy Overture in a couple weeks. Out 1st player won't be here for the 1st performance, so I'm playing his part. I have a note question. I downloaded the part from IMSLP and I think an accidental is mis-marked. Measure 72 has a whole note Bb; measure 73 has a whole note B natural (the part is in A by the way). The notes are slurred/tied/whatever together. However, I'm not buying the natural sign on the 2nd whole note. His part (original) also has this note marking. I'm sure I'll remember to ask at our dress rehearsal this week when I play it and it sounds horrible. I don't hear the note change anywhere else in the orchestra.
Is that B natural really supposed to be a Bb? I checked out the Violin I part and they have 2 G whole notes (so that would be a Bb to a Bb in the A part). I already feel like the part police in this piece. The parts have rehearsal letters, but no measures numbers. Attempting to use my powers of OCD for good, I numbered the measures. Turns out that the numbering in the score is incorrect (the score has numbers; I think the conductor said it's a Kalmus score). Our parts are from Lucks. In another group I used to play in before it dissolved, whenever an error was found in a part, someone would ask "Is it Lucks?" due to the number or errors we found in those parts.

PS I tried to download a score from IMSLP to check it out, but my Internet connection is slow and cuts out a lot (probably because it's not my connection, but someone's unsecured network connection).

They should be Bb's. The harp is playing e-minor chords (which the Bb would be a concert G). It also correlates with the 1st oboe and bassoon parts.
