In this video of the Berlin Philharmonic and Rattle playing Petrushka, the first clarinettist is not one of Philharmonic's regular clarinet section members (as far as I can tell). Also, it seems like he is playing a Tosca. I thought German clarinets were the only clarinets accepted in the Berlin Phil (and other German and Austrian orchestras, for that sake).
Does anyone know who this clarinettist is?

If you read the comments on Youtube (scroll down) they mention the name of the 2nd oboe player (they also mention the name of the Principal clarinet, though only by first name).
