does someone have an UPDATED reed strength chart that includes Gonzalez F.0.F reeds? I found a few on google but don't know which one to trust. Thank you all.

You can't completely trust any of them. Different profiles will produce different feelings of playing resistance even if reeds flex to a similar degree. I'm not sure how the people who compare those tables do their comparisons, but there's really not any good substitute for starting with a guess (based on any table you choose) and trying the reeds first-hand. I usually try a couple of boxes at a time - one at the strength I'm guessing to be what I want and one of the next lower strength.
I know - it's a relatively expensive way to do it, but if the reeds from one of the boxes works without doing a lot of adjustment to each reed, you've got a usable box of reeds. The ones in the other - whether too hard or too soft - can usually be doctored with some effort (albeit work that you'd prefer to avoid in the future) to make them usable - or not, if you don't feel like putting in the work or don't know what to do to them. I have a large stockpile of reeds I can't play on - who knows what mouthpiece I may someday play on that will work with some of them or what miracle machine I may one day find that will make them all play like gems. :-)
