Vandoren has made 3 types of mpc:
1.traditional
2.profile88
3.13series profile88
traditional and profile88 tuned at 442Hz, and 13series tuned at 440Hz.
and its works if use standard Bb barrel=66mm, like on R13 and another clarinet.
Yamaha make some clarinet with barrel long 65mm, so if I took the conclusion, 13series can tuned at 442Hz on 65mm, and traditional & profile88 can tuned higher than 442Hz.
Is it true?
Because like ycl-450n, the barrel length is 65mm
thx

It is the total length of the instrument (all joints including barrel and mouthpiece) that determines its particular pitch.
Not all makers consider a 65mm or 66mm barrel as their "standard" length. So a Yamaha with 65 would probably play at same pitch as a Buffet with 66 all other items being equal.

It depends partly on way you voice and the instrument you use. An example, I use a 67mm on my two Buffets, Bb and A, even though they came with a 66mm. One of the players in our BSO that plays Buffets uses a 64mm. I use a 62.5 on my Selmer Signature, it came with a 62.5 and a 64 as standard. ESP

As for the Yamahas, my experience it that they do play a "little higher" as they come. But as stated above, the pitch you get is not what is stated in the "specs" but what you produce with all the equipment together and your method of playing.
Personally I prefer a setup that allows a bit more room for "sharp" since ANY ensemble can tend upwards from time to time. If your clarinet setup does not, it will only make you miserable.
