Have a 1952ish Dynamique I outfitted with Backun Cocobolo bell and barrel. Thinking I should/could sell the originals to recoup the cost since I won't be using them. Then thought maybe I should keep them so I'd always have the original in perfect order. Any thoughts? Engraved logos are deep and newly colored. Only flaw is the silver ring on the bell is loose.

Keep them. If you ever sell it not having the original barrel and bell with hurt the resale value far more than you would gain from selling them now. Also you may find the originals to be better as your tastes change.

No question! Keep them for the reasons already given.
