If it is in fact warped (or worn to the point of not being to original specs) it would be time to have it refaced. I haven't ever had a mouthpiece warp. I have had vintage mouthpieces that needed to be refaced due to oxidation or wear that made them not play to their potential.
If a mouthpiece is taken care of (not stored with a reed on it, kept clean etc.) it should go for years without needing to be reworked. Changes in embouchure, reeds, and other factors seem to contribute to players assuming the mouthpiece has changed in some way.
What mouthpiece are you concerned about? You should have it measured and evaluated by someone reputable to see if it needs work.

Pomarico or Selmer glass mouthpieces - problem solved.
That is, if you can find one you like.
And if you don't drop the thing and break it.
