Vito 7212 Serial number question

I recently purchased a Vito Reso-Tone 7212 from a flea market for $25. I found a couple sites which lists the serial numbers to determine when it was produced but none of them match the serial on my clarinet.

These are the sites I have found but there is no serial number A16404

Any help determining the age of this piece would be greatly appreciated.
