The Clarinet Citadel has recently put a new English blog online, http://english.clarinet.cn, to act as a gateway for foreign clarinetists seeking information about China or wish to send information to the Chinese speaking region.
This blog has three main functions:
1. Provide China-related articles in the field of clarinet and limited number of Chinese clarinet music files.
2. Provide news updates on upcoming events or reports on recent clarinet events in China.
3. Provide a free translation service to foreign clarinetists or clarinet event organizers who would like to send information or messages to Chinese clarinetists in the Chinese language. More about this service is at http://english.clarinet.cn/read.php?2

When the website in the link is coming up, I get a message from my spyware software that there is an infected file and I should quarantine it. I clicked again to double check it was from this link and not just a coincidence.

Thank you for your message. The blog programe used for the site is bo-blog, a widely used Chinese blog system like WorldPress. I've checked the safety of the programe and found nothing suspicious. When I checked the website, my spyware software - Kaspersky Internet Security 2009 found nothing neither.
There is a possibility that some spyware will consider certain aspect of an unseen programe as unsafe. Although it should not cause any major failure, you are advised to stop visiting the site as soon as you get the warning from your spyware.
For other visitors, it shouldn't be risky to visit the site if you receive nothing from your spyware. If you do reveive such warning, please email me to webmaster@clarinet.com.cn with the following information:
Country where you visit the site:
The name of spyware you ues:
The warning information you get (as detail as possible):
Thank you for everyones's interest in Chinese Clarinetist, and sorry for any inconvenience you might experienced.
