 Leblanc Noblet 45

Hello
I have a question concerning Leblanc Noblet 45 clarinet : I often see listed on ebay Noblet Artist or Noblet 45. Is it the same model ? If not, what are the differences between them ?
A friend of mine said the Noblet Artist was the last model with a 15,73mm bore but I have read on the web the Noblet Artist had a 14,85mm bore. Maybe this model have changed ?
