Use the normal E fingering plus all the following keys
1) The Eb key
2) The alternate Eb "fork" key
3) The pad between the D and the E (yes, press the pad)
The sound is fuller but slightly flatter than the "normal" E fingering. Don't try to run with this fingering though.. What I don't like about the "normal" E key is that it has this stuffy and buzzing like sound.

Are you absolutely sure that there is nothing wrong with your clarinet. It should not be stuffy or buzzy in the first place.
Stuffiness can be caused by incorrect key heights or minute build ups in the tone holes. Buzzing can be caused by a pad problem.
