Does anyone know the address and/or phone of the maker of the Reedual? Thanks.

If you're going to make your own reeds, you are also going to need a planer and shaper. For strictly the Reedual I believe that George Crossman is the main guy to contact.

MRidgeP-
Thanks for the info! I owned one at one time but sold it to someone. I have grown increasing frustrated with Vandorens and have produced many excellent handmade reeds with another machine that I own. A Reedual would speed up the process.

I didn't find it in BW&WW and Muncy, check others. I have seen the patent on it and prob. can re-find it via IBM or USPTO sites if you can't. Look in the ICA Journals also. D

George is still making them but has about a 3 month waiting list.
Bought one recently for my daughter's birthday, and she is really pleased with her own custom reeds!
Worth thinking about if you are having problems with brand reeds...
