Magnus Lindberg Concerto

I imagine quite a few clarinetists have heard this piece by now. I have been listening to Kari Karikku's recording, and am completely blown away...

Is the score available?

Has anyone performed it (or attempted-haha)? I have looked at the Clarinet Quintet, which is rather difficult, but the Concerto sounds much more demanding.

If anyone has anything to say about this piece, I would love to discuss.
