i have made an application to perform on behalf of Chinese clarinettist Elsa Tung-Wing Lam, and we have not heard back yet. Given that they extended the deadline for proposals by a month or so they are possibly behind schedule with all their meetings etc. In past years the performers at the following years clarinetfest have been notified just before Xmas, and the website has had this information by the end of January- though this changes from year to year.
