Who exactly makes the John Pierce mouthpiece?
Author: Clariphant in Bb

I own and really like this mouthpiece, and from what I can tell, it's only sold at WWBW/Music123. With WWBW's recent bankruptcy, it is questionable as to if/where it will continue to be sold. Does anybody have any info on who made this mouthpiece? I've searched around for ages and have found no info on who the manufacturer is, not even who John Pierce is, actually. Does anybody have any info?
It's sort of worrisome to be using a mouthpiece that I may not be able to buy a replacement for if it breaks (although I hear the Morgan J7 and Pomarico jazz are quite similar).
