I know that everyone is different but I want to get an idea of what to try first. I'm looking for good projection, ease of playing high notes, excellent tone, and good dynamic range in all registers.

I tried the CF and RR facings, and ended up with the RR. It's beautiful, and it gave me just a little bit more projection and depth of tone, although the difference was VERY subtle. Had i just ordered the CF, without the RR, I probably would have been very happy with it.

I play the HB model (I think that is how it is called). It is his most open model anyway. I have as backup a PR (his second most open model). Both are great. Never tried any of his other models. Not sure this really helps.

Is there anyone who isn't looking for projection, ease of playing high notes, excellent tone and good dynamic range?
"I'd like a mouthpiece with really resistant high notes, awful tone and no flexibility. Can you do it at 436?"
Seriously, get someone (preferably a professional) who has a stable set-up to try things for you. I don't know what your standard of playing is, but unless you really know what you're looking for (which most people don't) then you really aren't in a good position to make a decision.
Apologies for the cynicism
