someone advertising a chedeville mouthpiece has described the measurements as, "measurments are: 112 (tip) followed by 6 10 22 38 ". can anyone explain?

tip opening = 1.12mm
then four gagues that measure 6/10/22/38 really means 3mm, 5mm, 11mm and a lay that is about 19mm long
for comparison Hite Premiere= 110, 6, 12, 24, 38
but variation in the thickness of rails and backpressure/windway compression in the blank mean that comparison by just these measurements is not often useful.
