Here is a another great video from Youtube with the NY Phil. There are some great shots of the clarinets and I can clearly see that Drucker is not one of them. So....who are they? Also if anyone knows any other prominant players on this tape then share that also.
Odd things I noticed: Look at how the oboes are seated...and are the percussionists seated? Looks that way to me. They really are packed in there pretty tight. Anyone know where they are playing?
enjoy!

The conductor in this film was Henry Hadley, who was associate conductor of the New York Philharmonic from 1920 to 1927.
Simeon Bellison was principal clarinetist of the New York Philharmonic from 1920 until 1948...GBK

Interesting video, but what a coldly unresponsive audience! Of course, the movie theater audiences would have applauded and Hadley's bows would have looked perfectly natural--quite the treat for folks who had never been to a concert hall! I suspect the fellow with the round glasses is Bellison. Looks fairly young or early middle-aged.
When I googled up a search for pictures of Bellison, I stumbled across a fascinating clarinettist's rouges gallery at Edinburgh University (if this has been posted before, I apologize).

Even has a photo of George Clinton--presumably prior to his Parliament-Funkadelic days ;-) But who is that grim guy in the tin-type?
