 Nutcracker Bass Cl excerpt

I don't have the whole part handy, but I noticed something strange in the Drapkin excerpt book. On the last page of the book, at the top of the page, six bars before C....Shouldn't the rhythm on beat one be an eighth followed by two sixteenths? I have always played it that way, but I can't remember what the real part has there.
