Play the A5 with the standard fingering: TR x x o / o o o
Tremolo to C#6 by overblowing the fingering for F#4 (lowest space F#)

"easier" - the one from GBK is rather easy.
Another fingering you could use...
A = TR x x o / o o o to
C# = TR o o o / o o o and depress the bottom two RH trill keys
(I don't think it is easier than, nor is the intonation is as good as, the one above from GBK)
To aid in some technical stability in a fast tremelo, you can depress the RH Ab/Eb on both notes.

If you would rather tremolo 3 fingers, instead of 2 -
You can try this seldom known (or used) choice, which certainly wouldn't be my first preference:
Play the A5 with this unusual fingering:
TR x x x + lower right side Eb/Bb key / o o o (yes, kids - that is another way to play A5)
Tremolo to C#6 by overblowing the fingering for F#4 (lowest space F#) while still depressing the lower right side Eb/Bb key
x o o + lower right side Eb/Bb key / o o o
