Our studio is trying to bring someone in to give a master class for clarinet in the spring, but has fun into a funding issue with the plan. Does anyone have ideas as to how to raise money to bring her in?
So many instruments to play........so little time to play them!

Car washes are effective fundraisers around where I live. However, depending on where you live, the weather is cooling off right now...
What my teacher usually does (this only works for a "studio" of clarinet students under a teacher) is she has all of the students (actually parents) pay as much as if they were having a lesson that week and have the master class act as everyone's lesson that week. The money would then go to the guest "masterclass facilitator" instead of the hosting teacher.
