I'm not sure if it's free, but I would check out 8notes.com. They have a large selection of sheetmusic. Happy Hunting!!!!

I like this site: http://www.jazzitalia.net/lezioni/trascrizioni/tr_justthewayyouare.asp. You start the MP3 and it's you and (in this case) Phil Woods trying to get that solo down. :o)
My wife the returning clarinet player, buys music with CDs to play the accompaniment. It speeds up the learning process.

8Notes, and many other places that advertise themselves as "free," give you only a tiny, pixellated score with a dark background that has the print function disabled. If you do a screen-scrape, it's still illegible. To get something useable, you have to pay.
A great site, and totally free (though without much clarinet stuff), is the Icking Archive, http://icking-music-archive.org/. It also has many links to other sites.
A good but often VERY slow site is Frescoes, http://frescores.iespana.es/frescores/

Look right on this page and there is a link to the sheetmusicplus site. You have to pay for the music, but it has very fast delivery and the affiliate code helps the woodwind.org site
