So, I'm in the market for a professional horn to replace my Evette Schaffer. And, I've been reading about the Howarth, and it seems like one I should try out. But, all the US importers I can find are East coast people, and I live in California. Does anyone know a West coast importer I can talk to, or a mail order place that will let me try it long enough to make a good decision? The big 4 are easy enough to get ahold of, as are Patricola and Rossi, so that shouldn't be a problem.
(Also, if anyone can give any insight on using that particular clarinet, that would be great too)

Nice clarinets, you could try Peter Eaton too who makes comparable instruments at least, from www.wwbw.com. Intonation is near perfect, and tone is very complex. Still prefer R13 and old x and y series 10G for purity, a very underplayed virtue.
