Hello-
I am about to venture in the real world soon. My ultimate goal is to repair clarinets professionally-not just the basics, the whole nine yards...including tone hole building and what not. Anyway, I would really appreciate anyone's input as to who you would reccommend contacting!!! (location isn't an issue!)
Thanks!

You could contact Morrie Backun.... his website is www.backunmusical.com. Just look at the repair shop's specs! Wow! The people at Backun are extremely friendly too. Hope this accurately helps you!

Do a repair school first, then start looking for someone to apprentice with.
If you're really serious, you better know the basics thorougly before you start working with the really advanced people.
Don't overlook Steve Fox. I've no idea if he's interested in an apprentice, but if you don't ask, you'll never know.
