Working for GAUTROT AÎNÉ, GOUMAS, EVETTE & SCHAEFFER; foreman with THIBOUVILLE-CABART; 1895 established, as successor to RIVE; 1900 advertised flute, oboe, english horn, clarinet, bassoon; 1908 made official complaint that a Paris Conservatoire student had been refused instruction because he was playing on one of his bassoons rather than one by BUFFET-CRAMPON; reported to have made a flute in aluminium; 1924 H.L. LEROY proprietor; 1925 listing as Boehm flute specialist.
