 Russianoff method update?

Does anyone know where things stand with re-issuing the Russianoff method (2 volumes)?

In doing a search of the archives here, I notice there was quite a bit of chatter on this topic in the Klarinet listserv back in 1998, including the drafting of a petition to Mrs. Russianoff.

Any movement on this lately?
