The figering chart doesn't have this note, does anyone know how to finger E7 on bass clarinet?

Basically, learn everything you can about clarinet acoustics. Rehfeldt and Michel Richards (The clarinet of the 21st century) are good books for this.
Shortly, use E or A as a fundament and experiment by overblowing these notes. Add or remove keys as you please. There are no obvious fingerings for these notes. You just have to understand intellectually what you're doing.

In case someone played this note on bass clarinet (mine is a Buffet low C if it matters) maybe you can say how you played it?

Alphie and Ken have it rite, its going to be an "overblown" harmonic [5th or 7th?] so, "cut and try". The only E [or was it Eb?] I've had to find was near the beginning of Rosenkavalier and I think I did it by overblowing the top of staff A or the mid-staff D. This also works very well on oboe, using the highest "octave" key available, I'm no expert here, however [either]. Don
