If you're trying to treat a repeating depression by yourself or with just one or two loved ones not trained in diagnosing and hopefully treating the root causes, you could be in for real trouble.
Find some way to get to a professional to discuss this. I don't want this BBoard to start and speculate what might be causing this and what might help; no self-respecting doctor would try, why should we?
If, after talking to / treatment by a doctor and the doctor says certain things are fine to discuss in public, we're all here to help.
I know people sometimes find it easier to talk to a "machine" than face-to-face with a professional, but in this case we're all way out of our league. If there are some professional health care workers on-line who can help, please contact caclaws off-line, not through the BBoard.
